Le Jardin De Toit Du Chef (The Chef’s Rooftop Garden)

Our Parisian chef’s garden is one of the largest showcases in the 2011 Philadelphia International Flower Show. Overlooking Paris from the rooftop and designed for a meal of fresh ingredients, the central display is complete with a full outdoor kitchen and patio. With a focus on sustainable building materials, the design includes decking made from sawdust, captured rainwater and recycled pavers.

From heated greenhouses at our Glen Mills location, we prepared a selection of trees, fruits, vegetables and herbs, tricking them into blooming as if it were Summertime.
